The ultimate ultra
The dream of any trailer, a long crossing through the most beautiful peaks and valleys. A Valais connection that will make you dream before, during and after the race. A departure at the bottom of the “20th century building site”, the dam of the Grande Dixence.
You will then cross typical and isolated villages, walk through steep slopes, wild lakes… You will discover places that you can not even imagine exist.

You can leave your follower bag on the starting line. You'll find it on every life base. Only the bag provided by the organization will be allowed!
Free shuttles to the start organized from Bouveret, and Sion the day before and the day of the race. Registration is mandatory! Registrations starting from July 2021

215 CHF (200 euros) including:
- The welcome T-shirt
- the gift and finisher medal
- Shuttle to the starting point of the race
- GPS and LiveChrono tracking
- baggage transport
- shower on arrival and rest area for runners arriving during the night
- After race buffet meal in our partner restaurant La Lagune in Bouveret
Good to know
Briefing on the start line 30 minutes before the start of the race.
For reasons of fairness, environmental protection and organisation, limited private assistance for runners (information in the roadbook)
Your personal belongings can be brought to the start and the organisation will drive them directly to Bouveret.
Book your accommodation directly at the Hotel of the Grand Dixence to be on site the day before and acclimated to the altitude.
Access and places
In the access and points of interest menu, you will find a map with the access, parkings and important places that you may need before and after the race.
The official parking Belossy, will cost 3.-CHF/day. a Shuttle will drive you from the parking to the starting area.
The official car parking Belossy is the meeting point for the shuttles of the 170K

Access and parking
For the SwissPeaks 170, we strongly recommend you to come by train or leave your car in Bouveret. No shuttles available after the race. Free buses will drive you to Pralong the day before or the morning of the race, enjoy it!
You find all this important information in the roadbook – please note that you need to pay for parking everywhere in Bouveret. Free parking will bereserved to the 170k runners.
